Security & Data Protection
Protecting your personal and health data is fundamental to Aora. This page sets out how we respond to security incidents, our breach-notification commitment, and how to reach the people responsible.
Our breach-notification commitment
If a personal-data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and each affected person in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and its Rules, promptly, and in any event within the applicable statutory window (currently within 72 hours of becoming aware). Each notice describes what happened, the data categories affected, the mitigations in flight, and the steps you can take to protect yourself.
