Eligibility
Aora Coins are available to registered customers aged 18 or older. One account may be used per person unless we approve otherwise in writing.
Earning Coins
Coins may be awarded for purchases, reviews, referrals, campaigns, or other activities shown on the site. Coins may be delayed until payment, delivery, and refund review are complete.
Redeeming Coins
Coins may be redeemable for eligible discounts or benefits shown in your account. They are not cash, legal tender, stored value, a gift card, or a financial product.
Expiry, reversal, and abuse
Coins may expire according to the programme terms shown in your account. We may reverse Coins connected to cancelled orders, refunded orders, fake reviews, self-referrals, fraud, or breach of terms.
