Our commitment

We aim to make Aora usable with modern browsers, keyboard navigation, screen readers, readable contrast, descriptive links, form labels, and responsive layouts.

Known limits

Some third-party checkout, payment, courier tracking, or embedded tools may not be fully controlled by Aora. We still want to know when something blocks you from shopping or getting support.

How to get help

If you face an accessibility issue, email care@aoraspectrum.com with the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology used, and the problem. We can help place or track an order through an alternate support channel where reasonable.
